Tariff Terms & Conditions

Distance Calculation: We calculate starting and closing kilometers per hour from our garage to your destination.

Hourly Rates: We consider more than 7 hours to be 10 hours and more than 12 hours to be 15 hours.

Included Costs: Our rates include only fuel and the driver’s service.

Additional Fees: Besides the tariff mentioned, you will pay tolls, parking, and entry fees.

Drive Batta: We calculate drive batta on a calendar day basis.

Rate Changes: We may change rates based on fluctuations in diesel or petrol prices. It is your responsibility to confirm the updated price before booking.

Cancellation Policy: If the trip is cancelled within 7 days of the travel date, a cancellation charge will apply based on the booking terms and vehicle allocation.

Availability: The vehicle models and facilities listed are subject to availability.

Advance Payment: You must pay 50% of the advance when booking the vehicle.
Tour Tariff Terms & Conditions

The amount quoted for any tour package is approximate and may vary based on seasonal rates, fuel costs, toll changes, or other external factors.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid on or before the start of the trip.

The package includes: vehicle charges, driver allowance (bata), tolls, and parking fees.

Meals, entry tickets, monument fees, guide charges, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

We also provide custom packages based on your specific travel plans and duration—available on request.

Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and confirmation from our team.

In case of any change in government taxes, fuel price, or other unavoidable cost factors, the package rate may be revised accordingly.

For cancellation or rescheduling, our cancellation policy will apply as per booking terms.

In the rare event of delays or unavoidable circumstances, WayGo Travels will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives to ensure your trip continues smoothly.
